The Keretapi Sarong is a "flash mob" activity where people gather and celebrate Malaysia Day together by using a network of public railway services such as Prasarana, MRT, KTM, ERL and MAB and travel through a set of selected routes while wearing Sarong. The selection of Sarong is the theme of the campaign because the culture of wearing sarong cloth is a cultural heritage shared by ALL Malaysians, to showcase our shared identity regardless of race and religion.
