DRIVE BOOKING
Accepting Booking

To accept bookings from Wahdah, Drive Hosts can use the DRIVE mobile application or a web browser by logging into drive.wahdah.my.

Drive Hosts will receive notifications through the mobile app and email for every assigned booking. Accepting a booking requires the Drive Host's account to have a completed PIC (Person In Charge). When accepting a booking, the system will prompt the Drive Host to select a Drive Hero who will serve the customer for that booking. In the case where the PIC is the one serving the customer, the default PIC can be selected as the Hero. If another Drive Hero will be serving the booking, the host needs to add that hero to their DRIVE account first.

Please note that the Drive Hero can be changed before the mission pickup or return is done.
